Welcome to Drakesbrook Hotel Motel

Traditional charm meets modern day style and functionality at the Drakesbrook Hotel.

Situated in the picturesque town of Waroona in Western Australia, the hotel takes its name from the original settlement of Drakesbrook. An easy 80-minute drive from Perth, we are in close proximity to the picturesque Preston Beach and Lake Clifton, home to Thrombolites.

Waroona is a great place to enjoy a relaxed day trip or an extended visit, with beautiful lakes, jarrah forests, artwork and wineries close by. Locals love the relaxed atmosphere at the Drakesbrook Hotel while travellers welcome the comfort and excellent food we provide.

Modern and recently upgraded accommodation is available in a range of options to cater for all our guests, from young families and overnight travellers to corporate and group or coach bookings. Whether you join us for a short or a long stay, the hotel's facilities are here for you to enjoy including an outdoor area with barbecue, an in-house guest laundry and our fully licensed restaurant.

The Drakesbrook Hotel's dining options include la carte seasonal dishes, lunch time snacks and home-made pizzas, with a children's menu featuring all the usual favourites. Join us for lunch or dinner seven days a week, and all day on Sunday from 11am.

This West Australian getaway spot is usefully located between Perth and the tourist regions of Peel and the South West. After a long drive, or if you want to enjoy all the highlights of country Western Australia, The Drakesbrook Hotel is an ideal place for you to rest up or explore from.

We are located close to the centre of Waroona and the attractions of the Peel region. We offer package deals for group bookings, and love to welcome coach groups to our friendly region and hotel.
